I normal wear a xl but I was so swollen I decided to get a 3x. They run small so you got to go up a size or 2. Feels great fits tight. Great for tummy tuck surgery I had.

it hold everything and i mean everything inside, sucks in all the fat and makes the curves look flawless. i am 5'6'' and 129 pounds and i bought a small and it is very hard to get on and off but once on it was worth the struggle. quality is good as well.

I love how snug this shaper is with out being uncomfortably tight. The zipper feature is also great. I am normally a 14/16 or XL pant. I got the 3xl and it fit just fine. Any smaller would have been too small and any larger would have been too large.

Arrived in just 2 days. I am majorly impressed and happy. Now for the review. This shape-wear exceeded my expectations over and over. Where has this item been all of my life? I ordered a medium as I weigh 165 and wear a size 8. Perfect fit in every way. I can breath standing or sitting. It doesn't dig into my back or ribs like the other shape-wear I have that has left scarring. This feels like I'm not wearing anything extra and looks amazing on. Oh I went crazy trying on clothes that I normally wouldn't dare wear. Couldn't get out of the mirror at first. I am extremely happy. I can't wait to wear this tomorrow to work. Wish I knew the quality of this garment a long time ago before wasting money on other nonsense that didn't match the high fee. When you find what works for you, gotta give it the recognition it deserves. Thank you for making me smile in amazement and satisfaction.

Omg! YAAAAY! Finally found a shaper that does exactly what I need it to do! I’m 5’ 7” roughly 200 pounds and I ordered a XL in the thong zipper version. The material definitely put you in the mind of a wetsuit (seemingly zero give) but once you get it on - omg ! I was looking to disguise some muffin top and mom pouch and this thing did allllll of that and some, plus it’s super comfortable!! It’s a definite buy !!!

According to the sizing chart I should have ordered a large. I ordered a small and it completely got rid of my lower belly fat! I am a size 8 athletic build, 34d-30 in waist- 38 inch hips. I tend to keep a little lower belly fat at times and wanted something that would keep my stomach flat in dresses. With this on, my food baby will be concealed in those tight holiday dresses! The straps are nice and adjustable, and I appreciate the thong style and strap for easy restroom breaks. This is amazing and way better than the expensive popular brand!

The material does not feel cheap, it’s thick and supportive. My only issue is that it wrinkles a little bit at the waist, but may be due to sizing. Overall great quality and a good price.

I loved this item. I even recommended it to my mom and sister. It's seamless and definitely held everything in place, without creating that back roll right under your bra. I'm 5'7 and 165lbs. I ordered a large. It fit tight and right.

Let me just Say that I LOVE THIS Body Shaper!! I'm 5 feet 4inches tall. I ordered Black #2 design and the Beige #2 design. When I purchased these Body Shapers I was 173 pounds. I ordered a Large based on the reviews. I can wear them with anything and not have to worry about getting completely undressed just to use the restroom because they have an opening in the crotch/buttocks area! In addition to SNATCHING my WAIST Ever So Tightly (yet comfortably) it also lifts my Breast!! This Shaper is not visible under clothing unless you are wearing thin material. I have worn it under thin material and just placed another pair of underwear on top of the shaper to make the lines to disappear. The hooks beneath the Zipper do come off after a couple of washes & wears. NONETHELESS, it has not been a problem because the Zipper works well by itself. I saved the hooks so that I can sew them back on at a later date. (but that hasn’t happened yet, lol). I’m actually about to Purchase another one in Medium because I have lost about 10 pounds since my initial purchase.
