Firm material and fits very well. I was concerned if it will be either too bulky or the material would be be cheap. It turns out to be a great buy. I only wear it at home and it does help me to feel content without crave for snacks(LOL) and slim my waiste.

If you are looking for a tuck that tummy this is great. However, if you want something longer to cover the pooch this may not be the best for you. I do not have a long torso, but short. I found it to run a little small. A great item for perhaps a more petite person. Make sure to check the size to get the best fit for you.

All I can say is Game Changer! Love it! I am 155lbs, 5'7, typically wear a 6-8 in pants.. I bought a large and any size smaller would not work. It IS hard getting on lol, but comfortable on! Not tight in the vjj either ;-)

I purchased my cincher in a medium my waist is a 34, I am 5'6 and 143 pounds... my belly is bulged and I have a slight hunch in my back which makes my belly look bigger. I was surprised to see the difference in my belly instantly and it helped my posture dramatically. I am a 32 in the waist with the cincher. I am so glad i got this and i highly recommend this if you have back issues its a two for one deal for me.
