    I have bought so many different brands of waist trainers, and all of them were either way too small, or too big to get a snug fit. This is is perfect! Not only does it fit snug around my waist without making me feel like I can't breathe, but it also has another strap you can use to get an even better fit. It even works nicely underneath clothing. I am really enjoying this!

    I believe it runs a little small but not too bad to warrant a return. It is very sturdy and seems well made. It's a great deal for the price and it gets the job done. I love wearing it to work out because of the back support, and it also reminds me to keep a good posture. I definitely recommend measuring your waist before ordering to make sure it will fit.

    this item worked really well. Although the metal pieces will come out the sides of the first day of owning it. Other than that it fits true to size and really does hold your waist in to help shape it. I never owned an expensive waist shaper but I couldn't imagine this being any less quality.
