Fit better than expected! I do wish it was longer though and covered more of my entire midsection, I'm only 5'2 and I have a short waist and it's only for one small section, but I can always take it off and move it. Thanks!

I just got in ahead of schedule. It feels like it's squeezing my organs so I was a little nervous and asked my chiropractor about it. He says it's good for back support and supports the usage of it! I love love love this belt. It really helps to correct my posture and even when I've taken it of, it's as if it's still on. The overall quality is great. The belt is very thick and has perfect sticking velcro with wires in the back for support. In fact there are two belts a large and a small which helps very much to tighten. I wish it wore a bit wider though. I'm not too sure if any of those belts ever is though.

love it.
I have a small waist and I wear 25 in pants and XS on top. I ordered Small. I like it because it helps me to have a good posture and not bend when I am tired or bored. it is a good reminder to eat less as well. I mainly ordered this item to work on my posture which is helpful I like to try it when I am going on treadmill too. I would wear it at least couple hours everyday.
and Yes! the quality is perfect. highly recommended.

It really sucks everything in and forces you to have good posture. I use this when working out and it has definitely made a difference. I often forget to keep my stomach muscles tight when working out but with this wasn't trainer on I'm constantly thing about my muscles. I got a medium and it fits great. I have to make sure that I don't pull the two outer straps too tight or it is very uncomfortable. If you go my the sizing chart you should have an issue with selecting the correct size.
