This is perfect! I wear mine for working out and it's comfortable. I wouldn't recommend wearing it under your everyday outfit because it's visible. Two of my friends have purchased it since they've seen mine. Love, love,love, love it!

I love this wasitshaper/sweatband. Ive had for about a week and workes out in 3 times and see my stomach coming down slowly. Its compress the area very comfortably and i can wear it for hours. True to size, this is my 3rd kind of waist trainer and this is MY BEST ONE!!!

I ordered 1 Size up and love it! It is comfortable but gives an instant hourglass figure. My only complaint is that it's too bulky to wear under clothes.

I already need a new one. The large is just about too small. I should have bought the medium like I planned.
This is a quality belt but bulky so it can be seen under tight clothing. It also provides back support (in my opinion).
