I'm size 8, 135 lbs and got a M. It BARELY fits, but I hope it starts to fit better! I actually like wearing it - it makes me aware of my core, breathing, posture, I sweat with it, which is good. It's a good addition to my fitness routine. It seems like the velcro will hold up, and hope the stinky smell fades!

I ordered a size larger than my shirt size. Fits great! I wear it during workouts and I already notice my midsection slimming after 2 weeks. I wouldn't wear under regular clothes because it would look a little bulky.

Now I can give an honest review. I ordered a small, big mistake. I used it & was hesitant about returning it. Instead I ordered my correct size & it is awesome!! I'm keeping the small as goal, to be able to fit into it when I lose more weight!!
