    I'm a size 14 in pants and the XL fits perfectly. I love this. It doesn't hurt like some waist trainers I had and it doesn't scrunch up. Very sturdy

    I am about 5'6 and 160 lbs, I went with a medium. At the start of wearing this I probably could have gotten a large but am not disappointed with my medium. This is an extremely comfortable waist trainer. I love how much it makes my mid section sweat during my daily cardio as well as helps to correct my posture!

    I had abdominal surgery 10 days ago. The velcro support gizmo my surgeon gave me was okay for the early says, but not for wearing under work clothes. This wrap is amazing. It is snazzy looking, very sleek under clothes, and the multiple velcro straps enable me to get a perfect fit. I ordered a size medium and it fits my size 6/8 body.
    It is very comfortable and is snugly holding everything together comfortably as I continue to heal.

    It was somewhat small but I think that's on me not sizing properly I'm in between a small and a medium but I'm still wearing it and I've sweated two inches in the past week so I'm going to keep it up this is a great workout shaper

    Fits true to size very supportive dont think I could wear it under regular clothes but it is very well made. Will be a great work out trainer and i also sleep in mine. Make sure u just lay it flat to dry after washing.
