This upcoming Friday will be 2 weeks I've had the product & I've already saw results in just a weeks time . I love it . It fits perfectly . I usually wear a small & I ordered a small . Some people say order a size up from what you wear but mine fits me perfectly. It doesn't roll up when you sit down or anything. I eat healthy and I am a fit 55 year young lady! I ordered this waist trainer to support my bad back at the gym. However it helps my pain so much I wear it often when I have things to do that could compromise an injury! I didn't expect the extra perk of getting a curve back in my waist line that hasn't been there since having kids, I don't have rolls on my waist I am pretty lean! But I now have curves again!!!

THIS IS IT!!!!!! I use this to work out in, and so hype to put it on for several reasons: it doesn't shift, really secure, I can still perform my workout without feeling restricted and i get a really good sweat in my abdominal area. Plus when I wear it to the gym it makes my shape look legit... Must have!!!!!!
