I really like that this has steel bones because I can feel the extra support! I’m 5’6”, 140 pounds and have a 28” waist. I went with a small, even though the size chart says medium for me. I recommend going down one size! This one fits perfectly for me.

I have purchased a few waist trainers so you can look at profile for reviews of other brands.I am 5' and weigh 170 with a 37 waist measured just above my belly button.When purchasing other trainers I could not follow their size charts. The trainers were always large so I would purchase 2-3 sizes smaller than they recommend. Therefore, I assumed that this trainer would be the same. When I purchased this trainer, I ordered size Large which was embarrassingly too small. I returned the large and re-ordered 3X. The 3X trainer fits on the last row of eyes. I contemplated returning it for the 2X. However, some of my back fat squeezes out the top, so I decided to keep the 3X until I lose some weight.The length of this trainer is 10 inches, not 9 inches like some other short torso trainers. This length is perfect for my frame. I have great coverage. The 9 inch would be too short for my problem areas. I am able to sit and drive without it digging into my breast like the regular torso. It is very stiff, due to the number of steel rods and the latex exterior.I wear this trainer for a few hours during the day and I use the Kimikal regular torso trainer while sleeping. The regular is fine if I am laying down

This waist trainer is absolutely amazing! I ordered a M and soon I will be ordering a Small because this waist trainer is so good. I only wear mine for 2-4 hours a day and always wear a tank top under. I don't feel any pain whatsoever. This waist trainer feels like someone is giving you a big hug around my waist. It also makes me sweat I love this thing and its very secure and well made. 10/10 will be buying again :)

This is very well made. It’s very pretty. Sadly I had to return because it does not stretch at all. It’s a little stiff you definitely have to size a couple of sizes.

I’m 5’2 and it fits my torso really good. The metal definitely helps my poster and takes a lot of stress off my lower back. My waist is 28 and I weigh 135 pounds. I will update in a few weeks.

I love this thing! It’s great quality for the price!I’m 5’2 and weigh 130lbs. I am quite active and ordered a x-small due to another reviewer’s suggestion. It fits tight, but not to the point that it would cause any pain.

Very good quality. Overall comfortable fit. I saw a 1 inch reduction in my waist in just over 2 week. I am already on the 3rd hook. I am pleased with the results. I will be purchasing the next size down soon.
