I was tempted to order a medium because I fall between small and medium but I'm glad I went with a small. It has three rows of hooks and eyes so I can go smaller (if I want). It makes me feel slim and reminding myself I have a waist. It does well for my posture which was one of reasons for my buying it.

However, I have a short torso so the length isn't ideal for me. So when I sit, I can feel the edges of the waist trainer pushing up my breast and down to my thighs. It's not painful per say. It's more like an uncomfortable feeling.

EDIT (11/20) After a while, the edges doesn't bother nor feel uncomfortable. Either I'm used to it or I'm finally got it to lay comfortably for me.

I’m 5’5 and weigh 140, and I ordered a size medium. It fits tight, but that is how it’s supposed to fit, so it’s perfect. I had originally ordered a large, but it was too lose. I got refunded and the company payed for the shipping and everything and I re-ordered a smaller size. I’m honestly really impressed, and it definitely an amazing waist trainer and I recommend it.

I just received and I loved it.! I ordered in Small and it was perfect... Enen though I would’ve ordered it in X-Small because I’m 5’6, my burst measured 26, abs 27 and my waist 31, but it fit perfectly in the last row... as soon as I see it is working, I will order the X-Small one.

I weigh about 140 and would like to use this to shape and stop me from over eating as I lose weight. I bought a large and my waist is roughly 33 inches. The outer hooks are just my size, but the hooks at the top are very loose around my under-bust area compared to the hooks on the bottom. The tighter hooks fit well however. Looks like I'll have to buy a smaller one sooner than expected. Size chart is kinda confusing, I should have gotten a medium, but the large is a good start.

I've been wanting to try one of these forever. I wear a size medium and ordered a large, it barely fit on the last clasps. I still love it though! Helps with my posture and makes me look a little slimmer...definitely order a size larger than you normally wear though. It's supposed to be snug of course but like I said it barely fit on the last clasps.

As always, very impressed by Yianna's products; this was an upgrade for me from their sports girdle waist trainer.

What I love about this corset is it is breathable and more flexible than the girdle. This has worked tremendously for me as I use it as my lifting belt at the gym. The fit is tight but not constructive which allows for easy movement! I am 5ft. 160lbs and wear an XS on the 2nd and 3rd hook line.

Bought a smaller size the first time and was too small so bought the xl and it fit perfect. I will just have to lose weight enough to wear the other one. I can really feel my waist shrinking when I wear itm compared to other one's this is a great starter one. Also great price!
