This is the second waist trainer I bought from this brand, I went with a XS im 27 in waist 5'1 weight about 132lbs. This waist trainer with time becomes loose and its probably best to buy a size smaller.

So I’m 5’4 & I weigh about 180lbs. My measurements above the belly button is 36in. I got a size large, so far putting it on was a little tight but once fully on it was pretty comfortable for me. I did read that you could go a size smaller & I feel as if Large was good enough instead of the XL. So far it’s pretty comfortable & I enjoy this product a lot.

Great waist trainer. I wear it due to recti diastasis (separation of stomach muscles). Helps hold my umbilical hernia down while exercising. Third trainer purchased, same type/design.

I purchased a size small & I am on the 3rd row of hooks it’s snug but comfy! It took a minute to get it snapped but I figured it out. You have to start at the bottom then once it’s all hooked adjust the corset so it is sitting on your torso the way it should. I highly recommend this waist trainer! I am 5ft tall, 145lbs, 36 bust, 27 waist. I absolutely love this thing the best I’ve had in over a yr after trying all kinds. I wish I would’ve found this 6 months ago I would’ve saved a lot of money lol.

The support is great, the comfort takes time to get used to. I don’t have back pain so I’m not sure about the pain relief. But In all honesty this is a great buy. I spent 80$ on a waist trainer almost a year ago and although it was great it didn’t last very long. I’m so happy to find This product it is a great buy and is made out of a stretchy material. I would highly recommend. On my pictures I have upper back fat so it sticks out more then I’d like but the gym will help with that it’s not a waist trainer issue. Love this!!
