I used the measuring chart they provided and it said to get the size large. According to some videos online, if you can fit your whole arm down the front, it's time to size down. So I exchanged the large for a medium and even on the second column of hooks, I can still fit my arm down the front. It is still quite snug though so I think I will keep this size just to get used to the compression and get in the habit of wearing it everyday. My waist measures 1 smaller on the second column of the size medium so I'm still going to see progress.I wear a size G bra and a small t shirt and the size medium of this waist trainer is still a bit big so my suggestion is to go by your t shirt size even if you have big boobies, I think that will get you in the ballpark better than the sizing chart. As far as construction goes, I like it. It feels sturdy. I just got it so I don't know how it'll hold up over time. It is comfortable to wear. Wear a tank top underneath, that'll make it more comfortable too.

To start I’m 5’9 approx 175lbs. My waist measurements are as followed: My waist 29.5 inchTorso length about 9-9.2inchJust to note I got these measurements for a short torso for another brand Luxx Curves. However their products were overpriced and their return/exchange policy just sucked. For a first time buyer/user for waist cinching products I wanted to be sure this was a great investment. At least here on Amazon I wld be able to exchange (which I did) if it didn’t fit right.I bought this primarily to regulate my posture that was causing me to have back pain with the added perk of cutting a few inches off my waist. I initially purchased a large buy was able to hook the third row comfortably off the bat. Now you should be comfortable don’t get me wrong! But if you’re looking to size down you should comfortably be able to hook each set of rows as time passes. I’ve worn it for the past three days for like 10hrs or more at a time and I can breath, eat ect and still feel very comfortable. For those that got a reaction from it, it’s made of latex so you may or may not react to it. However it wasn’t made to be directly worn on the skin. I wear mines over a basic tank to avoid the hard latex rubbing on my skin and getting all sweaty and gross.So my waist isn’t very big to begin with so as far as results go my back discomfort was nowhere in sight each day! My posture is improved drastically as it keeps me upright but still flexible enough to move around and do stuff. I think it’s an awesome product and company!

Amazing, so comfortable and supportive. I struggle with back pain and it helps so much. I suggest everyone to measure your torso because it truly makes a difference and defines the comfort. Just amazing and so well made.

I’m 5’0 and weigh 135lbs, and I got the small one with small torso because I’m short.

The product was nice. My waist is 26/27 inches so I decided to get a small for it to fit snug. But when I got it, i easily could fit on the last hook. I’ll be exchanging for an XS instead!

I usually don't write reviews but this product deserves it. I usually wear a waist trainer when I'm working out but I wanted to find something that I could wear under my clothes. I'm 5'3 168. Very sturdy material, and just the right length for my short torso. I will be ordering from this company again.
