Left is me not wearing the waist trainer, and the right is me wearing it. This product does wonders! It takes a good 4 inches off my waist. I got the medium, I’m normally a large in shirts, but everyone was stating that it fit too large for them, so I sized down. I can get in and out of this thing with a little bit of struggle, but I think I would’ve been more comfortable with a size large. Just get your normal size, if you fluctuate between two sizes, just do the smallest size. Overall this product does wonders for me :)

I have a 30inch waist and got a medium.. If you plan to loose weight like myself that’s great.. Call it room to grow. If you’re not planning to loose weight but want it to slim you down as is I’d get a large. Either way it works, seamless under clothes

Amazing, amazing, I didn’t know that a waist trainer could flatten this much. No surgery, and over time it flattened my stomach muscles. It’s comfortable and seamless. I bought every category by this seller and it’s a fraction of the practice to some stores that sell it at the mall. I bought both sizes M and large. After a 2 days of wearing size Large and drinking tea, my stomach shrink to the size Medium.

My very first waist trainer. I purchased this a few years ago. I also purchased a few others in the higher priced end. Went back to this one. Measure before you buy for good for. Love the support and adjusts as you continue to wear.

Love this one!! I’ve purchased several others. This is by far my fav!! Covers just enough to get my fupa. If you have a long torso this may not be the best one for you. I am 5’4 200 lbs I purchased an XL and have it on the tightest notch. Easy to put on.

Came quickly, and is amazing. it makes my waist go down 5 inches and is still comfortable. I sized down one but probably could again if I wanted a tighter fit. The boning is strong and helps with my back too. The only thing is the outside texture is a little odd but nothing to worry about and you have to be careful to not zip yourself in the zipper

The waist trainer is pretty strong and good quality for the price. It definitely helps me and assists me to sit up straight. I do feel much lighter when I take it off like i have sweated some pounds off. The only thing was the size I order was too small I highly recommend going up at least 2 sizes

I love high compression so I got the small I’m 135-140 I can’t recall exact number I’m 5’5 size 1 or 3 and it was a little work to get on but it makes me stand up straight which I need for wot an stout can’t even tell I have it on!!! I have spent 70$ for a tributo faja Colombian one and I love this one
