Fits like a glove.. im 5'1 and 160.. got a large first.. and then bought a medium.. use both.. great buy.. gives flattering shape

I wear mines primarily for exercising and it gives me the support, comfort, curves and confidence that I need. It comes down lower on my abdomen and doesn’t move. I had previously inherited my niece’s xl trainer but the zipper had broken. I still was able to wear it for exercising. I liked it so much that I ordered a new one in the same size. I typically wear medium and sometimes large tops. I probably could have gotten a large, but the xl gives me great curves without being too restrictive and without all the upper back fat making it ideal for wearing under clothes. I would say if you have a shorter torso, this may be a little long. This is definitely worth the price as there are so many out there that are more expensive. I would highly recommend!!!

Omg ! Honestly for the price it's amazing !! It is made of really good material, hasn't gotten loose or ripped. Just make sure you measure yourself to get the right size because these bad boys are tight.

So thank god I looked at reviews instead of just looking at the size chart. If I would have ordered my “true size” based on the chart I wouldn’t technically fit in any trainer.My measurements when I first ordered:Bra: 38DDDWaist: 45inHips: 51inI got a 2X and when I put it on the first time I could fit it to the second row if I wanted to but just to get my body used to it again and break it in I kept it on the first row. Great product and now I’m down 4 inches so I finally have at least a 10 in difference between waist and hips!

So far so good. Holds in my fupa after having my second child. I needed something low enough to flatten the fat under my belly button. This works and is pretty comfy, for what it is. Doesn't show through clothes either

This is officially my first waist trainer I'm 165 lbs at 6'1 and it fits perfect its smooth under your figure hugging dresses and its sooo comfortable recommended this to my friends too and they loved it. Cant beat this quality for this price. And it's long enough for my long torso love love love it

I bought this for a family member and for her it worked well. For me, I saw a change in her posture and that is a positive thing, especially for teens hunched over their phones. I think it trains you to stand tall and hold everything in place, so in that respect it definitely works. Not having worn it, I cant say 100%
