Just got this waist trainer today. At first I was scared that I wouldn't fit it. Suvkef by tummy in a little and took my time hooking it up. Wearing it on in the first row of hooks which is what I wanted so that I can use it for awhile. One day I will hit that third row. Since June, 2019 I have lost 70+ pounds and now I have skin sagging everywhere - not for long

I had originally bought a size M but it was to exact so I exchanged it for a size S. It’s been 2 months and now I’m purchasing another one size XS. It’s the best waist trainer I’ve ever had ! The quality is amazing and it does its job. It’s also a huge help if you’re lifting heavy weight and a big help supporting your back. My waist has definitely gotten smaller. I love it ! 100% recommend!

I purchased this waist trainer in a small and I love it (5’7”, 145lbs). I’m starting 1 hour a day and want to increase it to 3 hours daily while decreasing the hook size when possible. It’s probably just pseudo science nonsense but I really like the benefit of corrected posture and a more hour glass shape. If anything, it will just make me look great in certain outfits lol.

Im 4’8, 120 lbs, and I think I could’ve gotten a small but I got the x-small. As you can see, I’m wearing my old waist trainer (different brand) below the new one and it clamped to only the first row. I hope this can help me lose weight and shape my body.

I love it so far. At first i thought the small was too small but i made it fit, it fits tight but i love the curves it gives me. Made my waist much smaller. Im 5'3 134lbs. Haven't worn for long but will update.

i just got this two minutes ago and feel IN LOVE the second i put it on. i am 5’1, 28in waist, 130ish pounds and got a size SMALL. IT FITS PERFECT!!!! tight but in the best way possible. this sucks in everything you want it to. the curves on this... they speak for themselves. I love my curves and this just enhances them. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! material is thick and strong better than any other corset/waist trainer i have ever tried before. it’s very comfortable and breathable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I am a US Size 16 with a 38 waist and I carry most of my weight in the mid-section. I ordered this in the BLACK in a 3XL. It is tight, but then again - a waist trainer that isn't tight isn't worth wearing.It was a bit difficult to get into, and takes a bit of patience, but if you start buckling one hook at the bottom and one hook at the top, then work your way up hook by hook, it shouldn't be a problem.I was able to hook mine up all the way on the first strand of hooks and I am very pleased. As it works it's waist- whittling magic I will be able to tighten it up on the other two rows of hooks! Win! Win!This is a quality piece for the price. The neoprene seems very strong and the bones inside sturdy. I can see this holding up to the test of time for sure.I have an average length torso and it was just right for me, hitting me just below the bust (hello, push up!) and ending in my lower abdomen (hello, tummy control).The fabric is nicely lined with a bit of thin, fleecy, absorbent material inside which I am sure with help with eventual sweating.All in all, I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality waist trainer at an affordable price!

Originally have a small waist but I wanted to make it smaller I bought this and used it and have been using it for the past two years and I saw amazing results, I have to get a new one because the straps started to bend and it became hard to keep them together but it’s because of how often I used it I’d highly recommend hopefully I’ll be able to afford to get another one soon
