I'm noticing a change within two days. I just put it on second notch at day three wearing everyday for eight to nine hrs. SO UNCOMFORTABLE IN THE CAR , otherwise it's fine and helps with posture.

This is the first time I have ever tried a waist trainer. I just have to get used to it but I do like it. I'm 5'4 140lbs and a 28' waist and ordered a small which I believes fits how it is supposed to. Meaning it fits on the first row of hooks so I can adjust to a tighter fit as necessary. I would recommend and the price wasn't bad. And yes my cat in the background was amazed at the results as well :)

This product is absolutely amazing I wore it once only once and I already see a judge difference it's amazing I am fairly skinny but my stomach has all my fat that's where I gain all my fat so I want to just move that to places that need it more like my boobs and butt

I just received my yianna waist trainer and i am so happy with the product. The material is very durable and surprisingly comfortable to wear even if its squishing your body. I can also say it provides great back support, and corrects your posture as well esp when sitting cz this thing feels uncomfortable when you slouch. Therefore you need to straighten or arch your back to sit comfortably. To me, the only real challenge is putting it on. I think i spent a good 30 minutes trying so hard to put it on and i even thought of giving up and ordering a bigger size but thankfully i made it! And i am so glad! aside from that, there's nothing else to complain about. This product is highly recommended. Btw I am 5' weighing 110lbs, and i ordered XS size.

This is excellent postpartum support! We had a holiday party to attend 4 weeks after I delivered our third child and I wanted to look sleek in my gown. This was the perfect choice! It fit discretely under my dress and was supportive without being constricting.

Im 5ft tall and I knew it would be too long for my short torso but I love it. I had previously bought the Kim Kardashian one for 68 some dollars and truly it's the exact same quality as this one. I took a chance by ordering it and I'm completely pleased. It even arrived a day early. I haven't had any of the issues I saw on the comments from the closures so I'm not sure why others had problems. My guess is they ordered the wrong size. The one thing that was slight hard to get used to was the smell of the latex. Of course it's because it's new and it's a strong smell. Anyway the cotton/knit on the inside make it completely comfortable to wear. (As comfortable as a waist trainer can get.)

I ordered the XXL , I'm 41-42 waist. fits fine on the first row and could fit just fine in the last row. Would of been happier if had ordered XL instead to get a better result. Otherwise, it looks and feels great. If you are my size and you want a tighter feel order XL.

I ordered 3 sizes cause I didn't know how they would fit.

They fit perfectly as measured.
Great quality.
Clasps are stitched in (not glued).
Comfortable, durable.

I kept the S an XS expecting to need the XS as sizer decreases. I think the small stretched out a little cause I started on the first clasp and moved to the third clasp quickly. And can't fit into the XS yet. So there is a little give to the material. Not sure if that is pro or con

I have purchased 3 of these. I went from a 5xl to a XXL will be purchasing the XL probably by February. I has really helped with bloating and it is very comfortable to wear. I wear mine 8 hours plus per day. My posture has gotten better also. I plan on waist training permanently, I want to get down to a large or med. Than maintain that size! I am 278lbs My waist is a 40/42 I want to get to a 28/30. Hopefully I can update with more pictures.

Ordering more in different colors. This is the best waist trainer and I have tried a lot of a year of waist training. The latex one is great because I can wear it all day and at the gym. At first, I didn't think it would go on. Lay in bed to put it on and once you get it on... Perfecto!

This Yianna waist trainer's material is Awesome! The material is nice and smooth on the inside as well as the outside, and very sturdy, as shown in the photos I have provided.. I ordered a 5Xl, according to the reviews I read of other customers who bought this product, but it didn't fit, and I was on here FOREVER, reading almost every review, to try and figure out my size. To give you an idea, of my size and height, I'm 5ft tall and 200lbs. To help other girls out there, I have provided a pic of myself, with just one hook on, because, I haven't seen anyone post a photo like this, to give an idea, oppose to reading how it didn't fit. My son tried to help me hook the other ones on, but it wasn't working. Lol! I didn't want to go on the bed and struggle to get it on. As for me, I don't think that's healthy, for it to be that tight, that you can't breathe.. I want it to fit comfortable, and go on as easy, as, putting on your bra.. So I'm sending it back but ordering the 6xl and Hopefully, it'll fit! Hope this review was helpful!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I'm 5'1 135lbs, I bought the medium and I will say it was a little hard to clasp but I got it on and I LOVE it! This one I would not wear to work out in as it is very thick and doesn't bend a whole lot but is great for daily wear!!!

I suggest get the breathable version.

I'm 145 5'6 I got a Med. I went to put on the first buckle (least tight) and I thought it was going to be impossible! After some finagling I was able to get the first few and managed the rest. Once it is on it is fairly comfortable.... I mean for a waist tightener. I'm am glad with this purchase. Very sliming, takes away my muffin top... for the moment. ;)
