5'4 180lbs (most of my weight is in my thighs and my butt :P) i have a tummy though 41 while relaxed, measured at the smallest part of my waist (natural waist). i ordered the Size: XL/30 (Fit Natural Waist 33 -35 ) | Color: Black. its a little small.. but i had no problem getting it on and laced(with a friends help). the only reason i say its small is because the modesty panel doesnt fully cover in the back... but... taking into account that im writing this review on day 1 and you SHOULD NOT fully tighten your new corset for a couple days or you could risk damaging it... you need to wear it slightly loose for a couple hours/day for a few days so it breaks in to your body shape (2hrs day1... 3-4hrs day2...and so on) so.... that being said i believe that this size corset is PERFECT for me because by day 3 i should have it broken in and able to cinch it up enough so that the back panel covers what it should.... wait... i just cinched it up a lil more... its covers! woot!! measured my waist (with corset on) and its 35 1/2 at the smallest part... so... im very pleased with this size plenty of room to shrink myself. ha!!
OK... the way i chose what size i wanted i took a hint about measuring from another review and i dont know if it will work for everyone.. but i sucked my gut in as much as i could and measured around my waist an inch above my bellybutton i was 33 ... and sizing that way worked perfect for me. most corset companies recommend you choose a size 3 -5 smaller than your waist, but squish factor has a lot to do with what size fits you... i squish a lot... haha! i believe this corset is true to size if you know how best to measure your body. i love my new Camellias 26 Steel Boned Heavy Duty Waist Trainer Corset Shaper for Weight Loss sold by Camellias Corsets

I had my doubts with this item at first but I must say I absolutely love it. You do need to mould into it but once you do its simply amazing. The only downfall I could find was that its a shame you cant wear it under your fitted clothing. But it does wonders to your posture and supressing your appetite as a bonus :) once I achieve my goal will definitely be purchasing the next size down.

I LOVE It! It is very well made. When I pulled it out it was heavy, (steel boned) and very soft. It is comfortable and fit exactly for my true waist measurement. I am on the short side, 5.1 with a short waist, but the length is perfect. I am still in the seasoning process, but I wear it during dinner/evening when I tend to snack. After 5 days of seasoning I have lost 4 pounds so it is working for weight loss. I will end up having to buy a smaller one realitively soon, but for the price no big deal.
I have a rib that sticks out a bit and I can feel the most pressure on it, but it is not painful. I am hoping that it will be corrected with corsetting since it is a floating rib.

I'm 5'5 155lbs with DD bust size, bought a Medium and initially found it pinched under my breast bone. I found that by placing the clincher under my bra worked better or wearing a cami under the clincher. It is very firm and durable. I couldn't wear it under a thin shirt or dress but with a cami over it it camoflaged the laces and hooks better. It does help with posture and is flexible enough to do light-moderate exercise in. I've worn it all day at work (9hrs) and found it moderately comfortable. I do feel I eat less and take smaller (deep) breaths due to the tightness of the clincher but I'm new to this so maybe it shouldn't be this tight? In any case I've had it for a week or so now and love how it accentuates my hour glass figure with a smaller waist! Hope you all enjoy!

This is a beautiful quality product though I need to lose 5 lbs to use it without hurting myself. If I were to order again I would have ordered one inch larger. My waist is 28.5. And I ordered 28 - 30 thinking it would be ample. When you try bending with this product on keep your back straight. It is super cute. Still I bought a lightweight body shaper at a department store, it is much more comfortable.

This is just what I was hoping for. It seems to be well made and the shape fits my body well. I bought it one size smaller than recommended and will need to lose about 15 pounds to get it to close up more in the back. Just the motivation I needed. Will be telling my friends where to get one.

I have bought several corsets and waist nippers in the past, and this one is easily my favorite. The fabric is thick and high quality, and the the boning holds its shape well. I wear this daily for waist training, and it looks great under my clothes.

This is the real deal great quality for a decent price this has real steel bars.I used a magnet to make sure they were actually real steel bones and not plastic .Sizing is everything I'd suggest properly measuring your waist before buying the wrong size.
