I don't know much about waist training, but I think one might need to be careful. My back hurt really bad for a day or two after just wearing for a few hours. I give it 5 stars though because it really enhances your shape if you already have somewhat of an hour glass figure.

I'm very pleased with this product, and would definitely buy more in a heart beat (when I have more money to get it of course ha)!
On shipping: I was pleased on how quickly it arrived, since I ordered it on a Friday night thinking maybe it'd be delayed and arrive on a Tuesday. But it arrived today (Monday) at noon.
On size:
I just had my 2nd baby in February and lost some weight but gained it back sadly. And since Ive been exercising when I can, but haven't been feeling like I've had any results... And can't workout as much as I want too I decided to buy this.
My measurments are :I'm 5'1, bust 34DDD, and waist on a good day I measured at 36in but off days 38in.
I bought the 32in(35-34 natural) and it fit me very well.
I hope this helps. As I break it in/season it in more I'll update my review on how it holds up.

Great fitting supporting corset well worth the sale. Very supportive for a male that wants to tone his waist. Very easy to put on and take off. The lacing seems to be too long can lace it on the front of the corset. A great quality support corset for the price it's a winner to buy this corst!

This product is great post-partum. I used it for therapuitc reasons instead of weight loss. After pregnancy, my knees were in so much pain. 2 years later and I was still having on and off knee pain that would last week's at a time. Now, when my knees start hurting, I wear this for one day, and my pain is gone. Such a relief. Apparently my posture went haywire after pregnancy, and this has helped line everything back up. Love it.

The corset is very heavy and sturdy feeling. I hate the shiny, satin look of other corsets so I love that this is cotton. I have a 30' natural waist so I ordered a medium for a 28-29 natural waist so that I could tight lace a little. Its just a teeny bit too small even when laced. I am exchanging it for the Large, and hopefully its not too big.
