I really enjoy this, it is very comfortable to wear. I sleep in this one and could use it for day wear if I wanted. The size was perfect for my torso and it is great to pull some strings and adjust the tightness. I will definitely but again.

Ordered this a size smaller and fits great. Laces open up more than needed. It holds me in tight but isn't uncomfortable. High quality material, and straightens my posture. I was surprised at how easy it was to get on and off by myself. Ordered this for my wedding and I'm super excited!

If you're lacing it yourself, I recommend wearing it backwards as it'll be easier to lace. As a result it can be a little awkward to sit down in, but still functions great and damn I love the waistline/hips it gives me. If it didn't flip it around, I found it was too difficult to get tight enough to wrap the laces around twice, which provide a stronger tie and adds to the slimming effect. As I lose weight and need smaller sizes, I will definitely be returning to this product. It's a bit uncomfortable to wear for a while on skin, so i usually wear a skintight tummy shaper underneath as well.

I ordered a Large even though I knew, per the sizing chart, that I needed an extra large. I am eating good and working out so I knew I would have to purchase a smaller size a few months from now. so to avoid this, I just ordered a smaller size cause I know I am going to just tighten the laces more over the next few months. Any who, it arrived in perfect condition, and there were no visible defects. It felt pretty heavy to be honest and I looked at how sturdy and thick it was. I loved it. I loosened the laces quite a bit, because once again, I ordered a smaller size. I put it on and had no issues in popping this bad boy on. I wore a tank top underneath this and let me tell you, this thing was solid! I am a 35 or 36 in my waist and this thing looked amazing. I did my daily house work and cooking with this thing on and it felt fine. Love it!

I'm 5'2 158 and it fits a little tight. I probably should have gotten a large to start off with but it does the job. It sucks everything in and pushes up my boobs. I recommend.

This holds your stomach area in better than body shapers. It is made from firm material whereas body shapers are elastic. I had to exchange for a 6X so it wouldn't be too tight. I wear a size 12-14. But it is well made.

I am not an expert in corsets, I have had two, one from the 1930s which can reduce my waist from a 33/34 to a 28 but doesn't do much for the lower abdomen and another lingerie type corset not meant to handle much more than a few minutes of wear and no bending. Plastic ribs were in the latter.
I read many reviews and figured I needed to see if I could manage a corset on a daily basis for waist training and didn't want to spend a fortune. This works extremely well for this purpose. I have worn it three days and if it isn't laced very tight, it is tolerable for the duration of the day provided it isn't very hot. I am not a fan of the difficult to fasten hooks and how sharp they are, my 30s corset is much easier and more pliable in the hook and eye department. It's truly unbelievable how well that one is made. But I digress, this camellia's corset is shorter than my old one, not covering the hips and moving around in it is simple enough. It is extremely rigid and can lace up tightly.
I will need to see how it reduces my waist overtime, as it's only able to compress my waist to a 31, probably due to its rigidity and my ribs keeping it from further compression. The other corset style has several areas it can independently focus on, this corset has the middle. I do find this corset difficult to adjust the lower and upper laces enough, I would like more compression in my lower abdomen.
I need to break this in still and get used to the feeling. Overall it makes me feel more tired and a little nauseous when I over tighten it. So I am going to take a few weeks to gradually adjust.
I would say this is step number one to waist training, get a simple, affordable corset and use it for a week. Then decide if it's something you can live with.
I will say that I do not like the attention it draws when I wear it under my clothes outside the house. It pushes my boobs way up and way out and then I have an extreme hour glass figure and my butt looks weird because the corset pushes it down. My shirts don't fit that shape and are generally a little baggy in the back. Anyway, people stare. If I do leave the house with it on again, I will wear loose shirts to minimize the attention. It would be welcome if I were 21 again and clubbing on the weekends, but I'm a mom with toddlers and I usually am running errands or doing kid related things when I leave home.
The corset doesn't make dealing with kids or picking up things easier either. I chose to waist train since I have no discernable waist and never have no matter my weight, low or high. I have huge ribs and I am just hoping I can maybe have some semblance of a narrower waist in the future. My measurements are ten inches apart like they should be but I'm still straight waisted.

A true corset experience! The cotton corset with ties at the hips is the best corset I've ever experienced. It's very heavy and sturdy so once you are locked in, you aren't going anywhere! The laces are realatively friendly and I'm able to lace myself up very well. It's a little difficult to fasten all the steel clips- they are very sturdy! The end result is super sexy curves! Love it!!
