I NEVER leave reviews but this thing is amazing! I bought it to wear under my cosplay since Ive put on quite a bit of weight. This smoothed me out like nothing else! I had a hard time zipping it up when I had the hooks on the first loop but I adjusted them, easily, to the last hook & zipped it up... I was snatched & shook! I had no problems getting it on & Im very bottom heavy which makes me think ppl are purchasing the wrong size. I feel like the zipper & stitching on this one might show through my leotard so I will be purchasing the thong bottom one too just in case. Ill still use this one for other outfits though! Shipping was fast af! I ordered this on the 27th & received it on the 29th!

Straps hurt a bit but my wife had ordered two other waist trainer for postpartum and returned them both this one is hard to get on and off but it does work she's 173lbs and 5'2in and ordered xl and it's still a tight but comfy fit thong version is not so noticable but she doesn't have to worry about it slipping down or bending

Seriously get the size you wear in shirts if that.. i got a medium because i vary btwn M & L, putting it on was so painful! I felt the loss of circulation wherever i was rolling it up i couldnt even get it past my butt. So im getting the next size up, L instead. Its a great shapeware but its not a miracle its not going to shave off 20 pounds if you size down, your going to regret it and end up having to return it. It works very well around the lower abdomen part and if you have a big butt get ready to struggle getting it on. But again as long as you get the size that youre supposed to you'll be fine

I ordered this before reading the reviews and just went by the size chart, but after reading the reviews I was extremely nervous thinking it was going to be too small. I'm 5'3 140 32 DD and typically wear 5/6 or 7/8 in pants depending on the brand and s/m tops. I ordered a size small. I expected it to be hard to get on just from reading the reviews, but if you start from the crotch and work your way up it's helpful. I got it on in 2 mins and it came off pretty easy less than 1 min. If you're not used to waist clinchers or thongs it may be uncomfortable, but I'm used to both so it didn't bother me a bit. I'm not a curvy person so I wanted this to help create the illusion and slim out my rolls. I've been enjoying food lately and my diets not the best, I've gotten a little pudgy in areas. My torso is abnormally short so it bunches in the back a bit but not too noticeable. Overall, this is definitely worth the money, it's great material, fits perfect and clinched my waist..

It's great once you figure out your right size. I ordered this the first time ina medium and it was super tight! So tight and uncomfortable that I couldn't even stand to take it off so I cut it off! It was made of really good quality so I decided to order again this time getting a xl and it's perfect! Will definitely consider ordering again.
