Follow the size chart, don't try to size down or you'll regret it. I normally buy shapers in a M to ensure a snug fit, but read reviews an got thi is an XL. Good thing I did! This shaper has NO give at all. Once you shimmy into it you'll be amazed at the hourglass figure you get and it's actually pretty comfortable once it's on and you're going about your day (if you have a really long torso the thong might be a problem for you, but I was okay with it.) I loved the shape it gave but wish the material was the same everywhere.. the really tight part begins after the panty-line.. so the bottom belly-bulge isn't addressed quite the same way the waistline is. Regardless.. this is the BEST bodyshaper I have. Not a daily-wear item, but when I want to dress to impress I always reach for this one first.

Love this shaper!!!! The thong is a little tight but other than that it is great!!!!! To get it pulled over my hips I just pull it up as far as I can the roll it over my hips.

I'm buying another in nude because I have never had shapewear that looks so good under clothing. Detaching the straps leaves some extra fabric that I had to tuck in but that's my only complaint. It definitely made me shrink 2 dress sizes while wearing it. I wore it for 6 hours one day and it never once felt too constricting. Do NOT get a size smaller then what you actually are. Be realistic with your size choice so that you can actually fit it over your hips! (The hard part). Hope this helps someone.

From all the reviews I read I decided to order a true size to fit but when I received it I knew I could go smaller. I returned the true size and now wear the smaller size comfortably. I've tried many different types of spanx and I absolutely love this one. It is tight but not constricting enough where I have a hard time breathing or eating. It actually sucks in my stomach and makes it much flatter. The other spanx that I've purchased only smooth out the rolls but never sucked in the bulge enough to where you looked thinner.

Yes and yes! If you want a nice clean support throughout the day, then this is it. Tucks back fat, love handles and keeps the tummy flat and rolls in place....basically you won't be disappointed if you purchase the correct size.

I absolutely love this shaper, I purchased 6 of them. Im 5'6 204lbs. I purchased both XL and XxL. They both fit but the XL was uncomfortable after a few hours. The XXL is like perfect for unlimited wear. I have NO love handles with this so i have a cute(r) shape. It doesn't push my soft spots the the front like some others do. Super easy to unsnap and use the rest room with the thong. And it is invisible. I have also been able to remove the straps and it didn't roll down. I bought the boy short version too, ok but its not invisible bc of the zipper that cover the snaps, but it is still way better than the snap only options. I also did not have a lot of confidence in the slit that is suppose to allow you to go to the bathroom. Yippeeeee this helps. Im purchasing more before the price goes up.

I liked this a lot. I ordered two different sizes (a small and medium) because I was unsure which size to choose because there were so many mixed reviews on running small or large.

I am 5'1 and weigh about 123 lbs. I just had a baby and wanted this to wear under a dress for his baptism. I ended up using the Medium and returning the Small. If you are taller than 5'4 this product would probably be too short. However, I LOVED it because I can never find items short enough for me. It does run a tad small, but that is to be expected because it's made to suck everything in.

The trick to getting this on is to bring it up as high as you can go on your thighs and then turn it inside out and bring the thong portion up to your crotch. Get it situated there and then roll it up. Same with getting it off except do the opposite. Take the straps and then start rolling it down off your body. The last part that should come off is the thong portion that touches your crotch area. The girdle will ultimately be inside out when you get it off.

Runs approximately TWO sizes smaller that you might normally order. NO STRETCH! Appears to be good quality. Price was good. Does the job. DOES RUN slightly on the short waisted side. You might have trouble fitting this if you are very long waisted. Would definitely purchase one again!
