I absolutely loved it ! It helps sweat!’very snug, especially around the Breast area. Even if your a medium, if you have D cup boobs get large. It still fits around the stomach area real snug ! I have been using this product with a waist trainer and got cream, plastic wrap while working out . So I can’t say how it works alone . But combined with a decent workout and beautifully

I really love this vest! I love how it fits and makes me sweat. Very lightweight and easy to clean and does exactly what it was designed to do. I love how thus vest, not being a waist trainer makes ME do the work as opposed to a waist snatcher doing it for me. Also great price!! I had big results in using this vest and am ready for the progress to come. I get married next year so this along with monitoring my food intake and proper exercise I will exceed my goal weight. I absolutely love it! I normally wear a XL in shirts but I ordered a 5XL because of my size G breasts and it fits perfectly! Haven’t used it for weight loss yet as I just put it on but I’m sweating just standing here.

I have to say first all the Neoprene products Have to be thight so they can work perfectly, dont expect they fit you if you choose your same size or one up you need to go 2 or 3 up , to fit , in my case i went 3 sizes up and I am very happy , I like having an hourglass shape and less fat in my belly so I always use it and when I am working out and I see the results fast, I guess because I have being constant and also to chose the right size I dont have any problems with zippers everything fits as it should be

This has made me sweat like no other. I have already seen some shaping due to this. It is very well made not cheap at all. It's very comfortable and discreet enough to be able to wear under comfortable clothing through the day. Will def recommend to anyone looking for anything like this. I ordered based on the measuring chart for my waist and it fit perfectly not too big not too small literally perfect and I'm not small chested either and it still fit perfectly based off the chart. I did not order smaller or bigger either.

I was looking for something that will help my tummy be smother and also help me lose some inches around my waist . This is a great product. It's has great support to the back , yet very flexible. I wore it for a couple of hours the first time and got to many compliments. I am very pleased with this . The material is soft and snug. Fits me perfectly . I am wearing it daily now and can already feel the difference in my shrinking waist . Can't wait for next month to measure my waist .

As everyone else has stated, you have to order a bigger size because the top fits smaller. I am 5'6 219 and the xxl is still a bit tight but hopefully I can shed some pounds and get it to it properly. Great quality. Good weight to the material. The pink color is true to the product image. There is an odor to it - just typical neoprene smell.

This waist trimmer is well constructed and fits nice and snug. I read other reviews that said to order a size up and I glad I did. I ordered a 4xl and I am 260lb , 5' 9 . I am big busted and the 4xl fit just perfect. This does have a nice pocket in the inside that would fit a phone or keys. I would definitely recommend!

I received my vest n love it. I can't wait to use it tomorrow.. The material is soft. I'm a large ex-large top, 18 bottom, 40d breast. I ordered a 3x n it's fits perfect.. I still have a little bit of room left. The top is a little snug, but it's good.

I already used it for my 45 mins elliptical and upper body workout. It's comfortable, stretchy material, gives good support on trunk and bust area. Wearing sports bra would be sufficient to close the suit. I got XL for a size 12-14.
