    This fits great.
    Arrived a little wrinkled, but to be expected. Steamed out w/out issue wore it the same day with a Muxxn 1950's dress and received rave reviews.
    I am 5'3 100-105# and is not too tight nor loose and although skinny elastic waistband it is not uncomfortable.

    I bought this to use with a dress that I ordered but ended up not using. Wish I could have because this worked great. Since I couldn't use the dress, I returned this too. If you end up purchasing this, it does what it is supposed to do and holds it's shape.
