This is a great deal! The fit is perfect and the waist will stretch. I fit most medium's and I ordered a small. It fits perfect. I've purchased medium petticoats before at other retailers and found them to be a little big so I'd suggest that if you're usually a medium, order this product small. I am very happy with my purchase and love that I got a black and white one. I keep it in the package that it came in when I am not wearing it. It keeps it nicely packed and saves room in my closet.

This black tutu skirt came just as described. I ordered the XL, probably could have gotten away with a L. My waist is 39 and my hips are 47 . There's a nice, large elastic band at the top, so it's comfortable however high or low you wish to wear it. This tutu skirt completed my Christmas vintage look so well, I received so many compliments!
