I am so excited about this product. My 13 year old daughter is an old soul-loves below the knee circle/swing skirts and dresses. I ordered the 2 pack with 1 white and 1 black petticoat. Very pleased with this purchase. Materials are soft, not itchy as tull sometimes can be. Size is perfect, just the right amount of poof. Well constructed. Great value.
