This petticoat was perfect. I needed it for a party, so I wasn't looking for something expensive, and I was very pleased by the price. I am 5'4, and it hit my knees. I purchased a size small, so it was a bit snug fitting for me; but it worked fine. I'm glad I will always have this petticoat on hand to wear when I need a bit of a boost for a flared dress.

The only reason I'm marking this as somewhat small is because, with a 35 waist and 40 hips the top part fits a little tight, not so as to be uncomfortable, I just know it's there. I am 5'7 , 163 pounds and this hits me right at the knee. I'm going to be wearing this with a casual cocktail dress and it has a medium pouf. Very well made and a great value.

I bought a medium and large to be sure of fit (I'm usually a medium) because I'd read some reviews that said they were too small. The medium fit great and the large was a bit too big (which is what I would expect).

Edit: Wore this most of the day (and all night) of a wedding I was part of and I can say this is super comfy. It makes a little bit of a crinkle noise, but mostly just felt comfortable and made my dress look awesome. I'd definitely purchase one again if I needed a different color.

length Is just right for 5,7 height. hits just at knee. Also a plus is it stores in the packaging easily and poufs right back out when removed
