Very soft and the perfect flair for what I need. I bought two and ended up removing one layer of one of the petticoats. Glad I had the option. Sometimes you need a little and sometimes you need a lot.

These are great for the recent dresses I purchased. They add the right amount of flare to the 1950’s style dresses I have. Super cute, wash well and very comfortable. They are not itchy. Will buy again. I got the double pack black and white. I have both colors that I can wear with the dresses I bought interchangeable.
