    I purchased one size up and it was a little loose, but didn't fall off. I just didn't want to be bothered returning it so I figured better safe than sorry. The petticoat came vacuum sealed very thin, but when I opened the package... Poof! A great, full petticoat. It made my dress.

    Yes, it's a petticoat ... but the stitching and finishing is so good that I actually have been wearing this on its own as a fun skirt. Lots and lots of compliments! The stretchy upper panel makes it comfortable too. Some reviewers mentioned the inside solid-fabric layer riding up on them ... I ordered just a tiny bit large and have not had this issue at all. Yay!

    True to say and material is great. I wored it under my vintage dress and it was so comfortable, and even after first washed it stayed fluffly. Will be order more in different color.

    Not as full as the picture shows but gives a nice puff under a dress. Ordered the 3x because other reviewers said that there was no stretch at the lower hip where the tulle starts. It stretches... no problem. I'm a size 22-24 and very large in the hips. This was a bit too large for me but better too big than small. I can always take in the elastic a bit. Throw it in the dryer to fluff for a few minutes. Not scratchy at all. The inside liner was not tight either and is very soft. The red is very bright and perfect under a black dress.
