I was surprised when the petticoat arrived in a small envelope. It was vacuumed wrapped! But, as instructed I opened it up, shook out the petticoat and let it expand. To help it relax more I sprayed it lightly with a mist of water. It worked out well with the dress I ordered and the price was right.

Love Love Love this dress!! It's very forgiving where it needs to be and flattering to us plus sized gals. Definitely buy the red petticoat to go with it. It really adds the flare that's needed for such a vintage look. I will definitely be ordering this in other colors.

I bought this to dress up a dress for a Christmas party! I ordered a medium despite the sizing chart leaning towards a large. I am 5’7 and 150 lbs. I carry my extra pounds in my tummy after baby! I ordered a medium and it fit fine! The top is really stretchy so I could Have worn a small probably. Quality was nice. Shipping was fast.

This petticoat worked perfectly. It was a little too big. I used the size chart & decided to go with a 2x. I’m 5’5” 250lbs but very curvy. Smaller waist & big butt so it fit a little big in the waist but the dress I wore over it held it on me pretty well. If you’re curvy & around the same weight I would suggest a 1x if you want it to hold you in more like a girdle. I wore a girdle underneath with no problem. Anyway, it comes to my knees & because it was too big I was able to pull it down some so I could have it showing under the dress a little. It was VERY poofy. It came in a vacuum sealed bag but as soon as I got it out it fluffed up nicely & remained fluffy the entire time. I was very pleased with how big & poofy it was. My dress (50s pin up style) was dull & flat without it but it looked like a completely different dress with it. I would definitely but this product again in different colors.
