This petticoat just completed my look. I couldn't be happier how it all went together. I am 5'2 ish, 200lbs and I did get a 1X, the dress I purchased was XL. Because I am short, I did have to pull down the petticoat to hang just off my hips in order to hang below the dress with good amount of inches showing. (Due to dress being long on my short self). I've purchased the same type of crinoline skirts when I was a stick (5'7 125lbs) and they were so tight, I hated to wear it. Now I'm 20 lbs heavier and was nervous about this purchase. They were GREAT! Not tight and looked great under my retro dress I wore to a wedding. Totally recommend these.
