I bought this skirt and another brand Vintage woman's Rockabilly tutu skirt , both are not itchy, and both come inside out in the packaging, once you flip them over the skirts become full. Something about this one I Love a lot more.. It's better quality, more tulle, and the satin band around your stomach seems longer, Both tulle skirts are great quality, this one seems more fuller.

Order a size up. I usually wear a size 6 to 8 in clothing I followed the size chart next to the sizes available and found the petticoat to be a little tight. It's a little snug in the waist and hips.. Nice stiff layers so when wearing it under a dress it will give you lots of poof. NOT at all scratchy. I could always use more than one petticoat and plan to purchase a few more in different colors.
