Perfect petticoat for the price. It has two layers of crinoline and a slip, so it adds fullness without being too bulky, and it fliffed out from shipping quickly. It comes to 2-3in above my knee (I'm 5'5 ) and compliments the 50s styled dresses well. However, if you want a super fluffy skirt, you will need to buy a more expensive petticoat with more layers.

Definitely be cautious about the sizing. I’m a shortie and it was almost too long for me but it worked. Also, the waist is kinda small. I’m 5’2”, 100lbs and when I received mine I was worried it would be too tight but it was fine. Other than that, the “poof” was perfect and it wasn’t itchy (there’s a lining). I steamed mine to take some of the wrinkles out from shipping. Very pleased with my purchase. I bought it to go under a vintage style dress I wore to a Christmas party.
