I purchased this for a full skirted dress, and it will work perfectly!

The top portion is tall and stretchy (silk like fabric), so I can make it comfortably sit anywhere on my hips or waist without any issue or discomfort. The material is not tulu, and thank god, because tulu sucks. The skirt has a silk like underskirt, and there are two layers of the tutu style material over it. The edges of the tutu have a bit of wire in them, so it holds its shape very well!

Overall, it's very comfortable!

I bought this petticoat/underskirt to give a bit more fluff to a retro 50's style dress I purchased. The dress already had a bit of flar to the skirt, but I knew that adding the petticoat would really help to emphasize the hourglass shape of it. I hadn't heard of the Grace Karin brand, but this was one of the first (and cheapest) options to come up and it had good reviews so I figured it would be an okay starting point.

As someone who had never worn a petticoat before, this seemed to get the job done. It fit comfortably and I didn't have any problems with it being too itchy or warm to wear for extended periods. The elasticized waistband also seemed to stay in position between well, and I liked the option to adjust it up or down for length.

This underskirt is pretty much knee length by default, so it will probably show under dresses that are shorter than that. This can be a pro or a con depending on the look you're going for. I'm happy with it. I like the way it fills out my dress, and I will likely pick up another one in black in the future.

Seriously, I LOVE this dress!!! I get multiple compliments every time I wear it. I am 5'4 , approx 125 lbs and I ordered a M because I was afraid S would be too small, but I wish I had gone with the S. M still fits fine and looks great but I could have used a S! Highly recommend this dress!!

This petticoat really added oomph to my dress that I bought it for. You can wear it higher or lower on your body to adjust the length. I packed it for a trip and fluffed it when I arrived and it still looked great.

Love this petticoat! It is a huge improvement over the crinolines I used to try to tear out of my dresses when I was a wee lassie. A great addition to any fit-and-flare wearers wardrobe. I wear it under (rockabilly) dresses to church with a few strings of pearls and somehow come out looking elegant....glad I bought it!

I'm a big person. Usually I were size 16 or 18 at stores ... but online I have always order XXL and I have done the right choice lol... on this one I did it again but it fit me kinda loose. In size 44 on bust and that I have no complain... waist is little loose but nothing big that can't be fixed... I can't post a picture Idk why but the clothing material is awesome is worth the price.!!!!
