Petticoats are very expensive (for good reason!) but for the price these are, they are very much worth it. They are not the same quality as the more expensive ones or as fluffy, but they are as I said, well worth the price. I'm 5' 2 and had to pull it up pretty high, almost to my boobs lol so beware petite buyers.

Very nice fit, elastic waist is just firm enough could be worn by a little smaller or larger person. I wear 16 and 5.2 height is somewhat adjustable depending on how you wear it, if you want a short skirt and you short like me might now work, I walkways want my skirts to end right above my knees or at knees.

This was a truly awesome petticoat /crinoline. Order a size down. I have size 16 hips and, let's just call it a very curvy booty, and a large was plenty large. When you take it out of the package, give it a shake, and it'll just billow out. The skirt has a lining, so it's comfy, and it's stiff enough to not be weighed down by a heavy skirt or lots of sitting.
