I've never owned one of these before, but I recently purchased a 50's style rock-ability dress. Make sure you purchase from this seller to get the best quality. This skirt was pretty flat when it arrived, but after tossing it in the dryer it fluffed right up. I'm really impressed and can't wait to wear it. I purchased the off white one.

I was afraid that it wont fit since i ordered xl and usually i wear 2xl but to my surprise it fits me and make my dress puffy! I love it.
I'll post the picture up as soon as i wash my dress and the petticoat.
I wash mine inside out and put it on laundry mesh bag.
