This waist shaper/trainer is great! It hugs my sides perfect. It is a bit bulky but if you plan to wear it at the gym or around the house it is a great addition to buy. I recommend verses the corset trainers if you're talking about working out in it. The product came right on time, plus the price is even better.

I wear a size 12 im 5'2 and am 185lbs i went by the sizeing chart and ordered a XL. I have a short torso and it fits great. this is my first training belt and to be honest i wasnt all that sure about it i really did know what to expect but i love it so far. um The two strap that come from behind i think are suppose to velco on top of each other but i feel thats just a little to tight so i just velco them lined up together i have large boobs and if i wear it velcoed on top of one another it pinches me underneath my boobs.I have to kinda play with it for a minute or so to get it the way i feel best in it. Um the Only thing i dont like is you wont be able to wear it under form fitting shirts. but under tee-shirts your good. i also wear a sweat belt underneath mine to help with weight loss while im training as well.

I loved how it fit exactly like I wanted it to. It doesn't hurt to wear all day. It's comfortable and works well. Throughout the day I have to keep tightening it because I can feel the sweat making my waist tinner. I enjoy using it everyday.

This upcoming Friday will be 2 weeks I've had the product & I've already saw results in just a weeks time . I love it . It fits perfectly . I usually wear a small & I ordered a small . Some people say order a size up from what you wear but mine fits me perfectly. It doesn't roll up when you sit down or anything. I work at a call center & sit in a cubicle all day & it's even been helping with my posture. I promise you won't regret ordering.

I eat healthy and I am a fit 55 year young lady! I ordered this waist trainer to support my bad back at the gym. However it helps my pain so much I wear it often when I have things to do that could compromise an injury! I didn't expect the extra perk of getting a curve back in my waist line that hasn't been there since having kids, I don't have rolls on my waist I am pretty lean! But I now have curves again!!!
