    I read reviews before purchasing this and decided to get a Large. I'm 5'4, 210 lbs. Curvy and proportionate and it was perfect for me. I wore it for the first time and it does help with posture. I didn't do it as tight as possible when I went to the gym, just to try it out, but I Love it and am very happy about this purchase. The only thing I could say is there's a weird material in the front part of the main straps that makes a crunch type noise that makes it a bit indiscreet. But if you wear it correctly it's fine.
