So I wear a 14 usually and I bought an XL Camilla's waist trainer. I ordered the pink one by the way, and at first I thought it wasn't going to fit but I squeezed in just enough to close the first part. Then after stretching the pink band straps I knew it was secure. The straps is where you get the slimming look. I use it to work out and it's very comfortable. Forgot I had it on. The good thing is since it's a Lil small I have room to lose some inches.. Overall great product!! My favorite waist trainer out of all the ones I've ordered!!

It's quite comfortable. I like working out in it. It keeps my posture straight. I do wish it was longer to cover mirror the torso.

Fits as expected. I got this less as a waist trainer and more as help with back support and it really does help. I get lower back pain- probably from posture and sitting at a desk all day- this helps straighten and set my spine and is actually pretty comfortable. Smells a bit weird like a tire but I'm sure that'll wear off. Maybe I'll throw some fabreeze on it. Good quality, worth the money.

I had a baby 3 months ago and wanted to get my waist back to pre pregnancy. I am currently 5'1 130lbs the small was too tight so I ordered the medium. It fits great and it's comfortable and reasonably priced compared to other waist trainers that are similar. It's only been a week but I have noticed a very subtle difference already. Really like this product so far!

I have tried numerous velcro waist trainers and this has to be the absolute best one. It doesn't bunch up like some of the others do and it feels so comfortable. I work in healthcare and on my feet a long time. I have worn this at work and it really makes my back feel so much better and at the same time, waist training. I measured my waist at 28 , went with the medium and it's perfect.
