Ordered a medium - I am currently hovering between a size 6 and 8. I literally wanted to cry this trainer made my torn disc feel so much better. The best way to keep torn disc pain from hurting is to keep a strong core, however, when exercising is painful that can be challenging. This gives me great support, but I can still breath and move comfortably. Road tested it at the gym today and it was awesome!

Not purchased for weight training, but my personal trainer took one look at mine today and now I am ordering her one too!

My brother ordered it for his girlfriend and she loves it. It fits her perfectly. I'm thinking about getting one for myself. She uses it when she works out or when she is doing some stuff around. She is size small. My size would probably be medium just because I'm a bit chubbier. She is already recommending it to me.

I just got mine in the mail n I threw it on. I am soooo in love. I bought a large in the camouflage. It's super comfy the only issue is that it might be a bit big but I'm not returning it. Ordering a medium next.

giving this product 5 stars, i like how you can adjust how tight you want it to be & its also comfortable.. You can even workout in it. even though I don't see an hour glass shape in seconds as its stated I'm not disappointed because in reality this may take a few weeks.

This is a great quality item. I am 5'5 126lbs and ordered the small. I have used it a couple of times during workouts and it does a good job at supporting the back. I like the color options and quality of the belt. Time will tell if it helps but I'm sure I will be wearing it for a long while.
