I am such a fan of this product! I have had 7 of my co-workers purchase it. Basically i sit a good chunk of my day if i am not busy and i slouch. The best thing about this trainer is that it can be adjusted. I keep it slightly loose because if it is too tight right off the bat, my body wont adjust. I have made it slightly tighter each time. I wear it ~5 hours a day and so far it has given me amaznig results (on posture + figure). I plan to go to the gym and use this durin gmy work outs to help enhance the effect.Loveee it otherwise. I ordered another companies trainer and it was GARBAGE compared to this!!

So I got this one specifically because it had sooo many reviews and I am not disappointed. I got a small and it fits perfect. It's so easy to adjust and very comfortable. I have a short torso so I'm glad it's not super long. It's not too bulky, you could wear it under loose fitting clothes during the day. I would recommend this for sure.

I have tried different types and different brands of these waist cinchers, stomach trainers. This one is by far my most favorite out of the ones I’ve tried. Let me tell you why.

This one is 90% polyester and 10% spandex. It has just the right amount of stretch to it. The mesh backing allows breathability. It has double adjustment Velcro for sizing accuracy. It is tight and supportive which will enhance your curves. You can wear it to sleep if you’d like. It gives great support t my back. It’s easy to get on and take off. Make sure you pay special attention to the sizing chart. I love the extra mesh with Velcro that goes around the actual waist trainer. It helps tighten it and really gives you that extra support. I think this is an all-around great waist belt whether you’re planning on wearing it to mold your curves, support your lower back on the job (I have an office job, so it helps me tremendously since I sit all day typing), or just while working out, I highly recommend it. I received this product discounted in exchange for my genuine review.

This waist cinched is comfortable and fits great! It's easy to get on and off - just unvelcro all of the straps, and place around waist then cinch them down. This waist cincher also helps support my lower back, and since I have an office job and sit still quite a bit, it feels great without being too bulky! Make sure you pay attention to the size you order, as you will want it to be capable of being cinched down enough. Highly recommended! I love it, it makes your waist noticeably smaller, curvier and it isn't too uncomfortable. (My hubby says it looks like the back brace he uses for lifting heavy items at work, though. lol But he loves the smaller waist I gain from this trainer under my clothes! lol) Over-all I'd say get this one! It's got metal boning, stretches to fit how tight you want, and has STRONG velcro that keeps it in place for as long as you use the item. This fits me true to size. Length - I'm 5ft tall and it goes from hip to under my bust.
