Great product!.. I'm normally size M (8-10) and I ordered M and it fits really well. I worn it just for one week and already I can see the result. I started from 2-3h a day (needed to get use to it) to almost 12h a day. My waist became visibly thinner and I'm very happy! I would recommend it to everyone.

This is thr third waist cincher I've purchased in the past month and the first that I haven't had to return because of it being too small. I always read the size chart carefully because I'm a curvy girl, but many sellers flat out lie when it comes to sizing. I'm a 16/18 and this cincher has plenty of room and is comfortable enough to wear all day with no problems. I hand wash it in the sink and hang it over the shower rod to air dry. I plan on buying two more so I can alternate wearing and washing them.

I've been using my new waist trainer for only a week and feel like I'm already seeing results. I love this belt!!! I'm a size 12 and the large fits great. I've still got room to work with as I drop in size. Will definitely buy a medium when the time comes.

It really sucks you in but you have to pull it tight to get the desired affect. It is adjustable so you don't have to pull it at its tightest. It is kinda bulky though. This will definitely show up under your slinky dresses. This is not something you could wear to go out if you are in a bodycon dress but if you are wearing a baby doll type flowing dress and it may not show it up. It could be used a back support as well since it is sturdy.
