I love this waist trainer! I wear it when working out, cleaning the house and sometimes at work when I have on a oversized T-shirt. I'm a 10-12 so I ordered a large and it's perfect. Great price and product!!

Have an achy back? Need support when working out? Camellias Women's Waist Trainer Belt doubles as either a back brace or an aid in getting that hourglass shape. It comes in different sizes to fit anyone's body shape, and the fit is as expected. My daughter is in marching band and has had lower back problems for awhile. We found this and it works well. It's velcro, so it's easy to put on. You just put it right over your clothes. It's not an uncomfortable wear, so you won't be bothered by it. The material is breathable and doesn't get too hot while wearing it. The straps are adjustable, so you can either tighten or loosen it, if need be.

I don't know of a single female who doesn't want that hour glass shape. The nice thing about this waist belt is that you get the back support and the muffin control with the larger belt and the with the small you really get a good tummy control and the hour glass shape. This belt is very comfortable on.

Since I had my daughter my back just hasn't felt right. It hurts a lot more now. I needed something to help me and help support my back. This product really does the trick. It is black in color and can be adjusted to your liking it can be made looser or tighter. It really helps with your posture too. I am known to slouch so this has helped me tremendously. It also helps suck my tummy in too so it's a double plus for me! I received this item for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Sometimes the work I do I need to have that extra support for my back. This back support
brace is perfect for that. I can wear it all day under my clothes and people don't even know
I have it on. The double velcro allows me to adjust to the tightness I need and if through out
the day it seems to be too much I can just go to the restroom and loosen it. The material is
smooth against my skin, it doesn't chafe after wearing all day. There is 2 elastic bands that
go all the way around, these do stretch but as you fasten the velcro they pull tighter. These
also help you to move freely with no added tightness. Just tighten the inner elastic bands and
then tighten the outer bands to the firmness desired.This also helps to compress my lower
abdominal area and makes me appear thinner. I highly recommend this brace.

I have a 31.5 waist, and I bought the large. I should've bought the medium to begin with. It fits well and I can definitely feel it fitting looser after a few weeks of wearing it.

Now I have purchased the medium, and it fits a little more snug. I already know I'll be buying the small in a few weeks

The trainer has a nice firm fit. at first I wasn't sure if it was too small or not but as the days went on it fits jus right to get results. Only issue it has a shirt torso otherwise I would recommend especially for the price

Omg!!! Thus is made better than the $60 waist trainer you see advertising everywere ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I wear it to the gym and it is very comfortable but still it's heavy duty product. No one could ever say this is not made well !!! It has boning ( witch you really want in a good trainer ) and It still moves with your body during whatever your doing ( exercise , house work , picking up the kids ) buy this and enjoy ❤️❤️❤️

I think it's awesome. I'm 5'8 190 lbs, and I bought the XL, and its comfortable. I'm sure if you lose weight or it actually makes your waist smaller that you will need to get a smaller size in the future but wearing this for a couple hours or even 30 minutes actually has made a little difference on my waist and it's only been a couple of days. It's comfortable, it helps with your posture. You can wear it under a baggy shirt, I even wore it to work! It's incredible, great material and I definitely recommend.

UPDATE** Still so in love with it. I've worn it at work all day long. It's making a huge difference on my waist and my posture. I'm SO happy with this purchase. (Did not receive, a discount in return for my honest unbiased opinion... Totally normal shopper.... IN LOVE with this waist trainer)
