I am 5'2 and 125 pounds and purchased the small which fits perfectly. I am 3 months pp. I lost my curves after the baby so i bought this to help get them back. Only worn it a week for 4 hours a day and already seeing results. Every 2 days i can clothes it a little tighter. Its comfortable and i can hide it under clothes. Love it!

When I first got my waist trainer I thought it was to small but after wearing it off and on for the first 24 hours the next day it was perfect. By me being a Registered Nurse I also needed a trainer to not only support my workouts but my back as well and this one is perfect! I even wear it around the house cleaning up and I could tell a difference in only a few days. Im going to order another one so I wont wear this one out between work and workouts. Love it!

I'm simply amazed at the quality of product for this price and customer care.

The very first day of usage I noticed how flat my upper abdominal section became. I'm 1 yr post-surgery and experience unexplained tissue swelling in that area.

This belt gave me the much needed compression without the stress of putting on a full compression garment.

I had issues with my initial order but my complaint was treated with the utmost professional urgency and a replacement product was sent.

The quality is impeccable as the fabric did not irritate my skin, neither did I experience any discomfort in wearing the product for 6hrs or more. I literally wear it everyday, hours on end! Yes I'm also waist training with it!!!

I've been through, expensive fajate, Anne cherry products looking for the compression that this low cost belt has given me. Wish I found it earlier!

Sometimes you can pay less for no stress! It's worth every penny and the customer care service made me feel extra special.
