So Ive been training with a work out trainer for a few weeks and he suggested this product bc believe it or not, HE WEARS ONE TOO! Yes you heard that right! I didn’t think he did but he said that he really believes in them and that he has had one for over two years that he has been wearing consistently and he loves it. He says that he tries to get all his clients to wear it at least five hours a day and so today was my first day wearing the waist trainer and I thought it was going to be a painful experience but it wasnt bad at all! Now don’t get me wrong I couldn’t breathe as I usually breathe without one but that is the point of a waist trainer you cannot take a deep breath but it causes you to have to breathe shallow while keeping everything abdominal wise intact and tight. He had to help me put it on the first time but I practiced today and I was able to put it on myself which was an accomplishment because it is hard the first time to put on it being a new waist trainer and all. He had to help me put it on the first time but I practiced and i got it on myself. I bought a medium because you are meant to get a size smaller than you usually are so that it is tight. I usually buy large everything. It is hard to get on the first time but once you get the used to it it will get easier. I did sweat like a crazy person today more than usual so i can see how this product can have potential to make your waist snatched! I have a short torso so it being a short torso waist trainer I thought it would not fit but it fit perfectly and so I am very happy with this purchase. It is very well-made and a super great price and yes I would buy again if I had to. If you are looking for a waist trainer and you have a super short torso this is definitely a good product to invest in because it is comfortable and it fits well it is made well and I think you will be happy with it.

This was my first time purchasing a waist trainer. For reference, my natural waist fluctuates from about 27inches-28inches. Based on the sizing chart, I was conflicted on whether to go with the medium or small. I went with the small and I’m glad I did. The first set of hooks felt too loose. Second set seems to work well. This waist trainer does improve my posture and you can tell it is on obviously but it isn’t uncomfortable. Working out with this waist trainer is good too, makes you sweat more and doesn’t cause discomfort. This short length is good for me as well because I have a shorter torso. As to whether it provides results I cannot say because this is my first day using it so my review is based on the product itself not the results it gives. This waist trainer also doesn’t feel cheap, it feels sturdy and the material feels high quality. Hopeful for good results !

I've tried all styles of Yianna waist cinchers from Amazon and all are great quality and great price. They all give me curves! The regular waist cincher is long and actually doubles are back support/posture corrector. I am on a hunt for one to wear under my sheath low back strapless dress. Although it says it is short, it was not short enough for my dress, needed half an inch less and I have a normal length torso. I ended up with their 25 steel waist cincher. As for sizing, I first ordered large, then medium, and then small was the right size even though it says it is for waist size of 26. I wear 27 in jeans and my waist is 28.5 inches. I never tried on a waist cincher before and when I first tried the Large on, I was like on no, I cannot wear this, but like 30 minutes later it was comfortable and I realize I need to go down in size.

This fits so good! The size is right on and for someone who isn't short, but has a short torso it's amazing!!! I'm 5'5 and have a 10 inch torso so this fit the bill for the medium at 29 inch waist. I am already on the second row but I would have never fit into a small at this point. Well made from what I can see so far and fits me like it was made for me. Love the boning. I even work out in it.

I’ve been waist training off and on for 12 years, and this is by far the best waist trainer I’ve had thus far. I’m short at 5’2”, so other waist trainers would cut into my skin at the bottom and top. I no longer have this problem with this short torso waist trainer. I could have sized down to the XS, since I’m on the last eye-hooks of the small. For size comparison, I’m 5’2” and 129 pounds.

I bought the xsmall and it fit well at first but then I had to shrink it almost every week.. but that might be because I wear it every single day haha I bought this over 2 months ago and I love it despite having to shrink it.

I have purchased several YIANNA waist trainers (beige, black, long torso, short torso, with bones and without bones). I prefer the style with the 25 bones. This waist trainer is amazing and for me very comfortable as well! I have lower back issues and wearing this makes me feel supported and secure. I am 5'8 180.lbs (mom of three) and I wear size L. The first one I purchased was size XL but I felt like it didn't give me enough tummy control. I've always had what some consider a small waist however, wearing certain dresses I feel I need to have a nice hour glass shape. Not to mention this thing feels awesome when my lower back starts to act my age :)

I purchased the small instead and wear it on the loosest hook. It looks great on. I bought it to wear under dresses to flatten my stomach. It does the job.

I went by my measurements but it did not fit. I sadly had to return it . Made very well wish it would have fit. I might look at the sizes again and try one more time
