If you are short (I’m 5’3.5), I definitely recommend this over the regular sized waist trainers.It fits very well and compared to the regular length waist trainer, this doesn’t cut into my boobs since it’s a shorter fit.I bought a small size since I’m a 27inch waist and i can barely get it on myself.Hopefully after a couple months, my waist with get to 26-25inches

I purchased the black 25 steel bone waist trainer (short torso) ... I’m about 125lbs and got an XSThis product is made of a latex material and is very sturdy. Doesn’t seem cheap either.The first time I tried it on I struggled 20 min to put it on, it was extremely tight (but that’s what I was looking for) and as days have gone by it’s been easier to put on as my body is changing...Having said that I do wear it many hours a day , around 16 hrs ( I don’t work out with it) .I’ve tried many other waist trainers and this one is by far my favorite... good quality, good price, and doesn’t stretch much.Ladies waist training does take time so don’t think it’s gonna happen over night ! You must be committed.

I have a short torso and I absolutely love this product. It’s so comfortable and gives me a lot of support I wear it to the gym and can workout just fine. I also wear just because i love how it makes me feel. I do not sleep in it. I know a lot of people who experience pain relief from it because it makes you sit up straight. How ever I do not experience pain relief.

I'm using it to curve my bulgy lower tummy. I'm only 135lbs not using it for weight loss...simply to tone and maintenance. I love the way it hugs my body, great fit!

Exactly as described. I got the XS because I wanted a very tight fit. (I'm 5'-120lbs for size reference) It starts getting a bit uncomfortable after a few hours but that is to be expected.Overall happy with this purchase and recommend it for short torso ladies.

This is the result after 3 weeks of wearing the waist trainer almost everyday. I slept in it almost every night and wore it for a bit during the day. The majority of the time I wore it while sleeping. I am very happy with the results and already need a smaller size! I started off at a 32” waist and am now 29”. I got a size medium, but I should’ve gotten a size smaller so it could be tighter. I was 125 pounds and am now at 120. This is a perfect way to get a slimmer figure in a short amount of time!

This waist trainer works WAY better than the colorful workout ones. I bought this because I’m not consistent with working out. This one cinches your waist way more! Perfect for short torsos. Very comfortable. The bones feel pretty strong. Great for some of my back pain and helps with cramps on my cycle.I got mine in my shirt size which is a small. Got to the second hook in about a week.

I actually have a pretty long torso, but I bought the short torso version because I wanted to be able to bend at the waist more comfortably. I've used longer ones before but they always end up stabbing me at the hips or bra line. This one is really comfortable! I use it more like Spanx, just to smooth out under tight dresses, not for actual waist training. Works great for that purpose.
