I like the way this waist trainer fit. I got a size large I am a size 12. I am 5”0 169.l I wear it 8hrs a day during work hours. It help my posture, lift my breast and it very smooth uder clothing. I hate the way it smell. It smell like rubber bands. Other than that I’m pleased

I'm 5'5, I weigh 168 lbs and my waist at time of purchase was 35 inches. I bought a large after reading the reviews. I wore this trainer everyday except during workouts. I have lost 3 inches off my waist. It is now a 32. I will be ordering a medium very soon. I have worn it under clothing, but since my hips are still wider, it shows under certain outfits

In love with my waist trainer. I'm already ordering another so I can have two in rotation. I wear a 12/15 an ordered the XL and it fits good and comfortable. but I am on the second clip. The first day the zipper made it hard to zip but its fine now. The best thing is that it DOES NOT roll up. The trainer stays in place. Especially on my lower back. I've already convinced 3 coworkers purchase one. I will definitely order from them again.

I waited a while to do this review so I could feel out the product a bit.. and... This things is rad! I don’t use it as a waist trainer, but I wear it to suck me in and define my curves when I go out. And it works great! I always get compliments on my figure when I wear it. My tummy is one of my biggest insecurities sometimes, and this thing takes it away completely when I put it on. Also, I’m 5’7”, about 185lbs and I bought a large.

I want to end this review again by saying I don’t actually use it as a waist trainer, but more as a “sucker-inner”.

I like the product. Fits as expected. I wear it around the house and also to work under my clothes. It did have a little bit of a latex smell but went away in a few days. I got a size large I have a 36inch waist. With diet, exercise and wearing this I have lost 2inch in 2 weeks. It was a little difficult to get on at first now it goes on great, zips up easy and hooks good. Follow sizing guide and wont have a problem.

I love this so much I ordered a second one. I am 220lbs and ordered a 2X to begin with. I was only wanting to hide and tuck in my tummy. I love my hips and my love handles but my tummy sticks out a bit. I already love my body but why not look just a little bit sexxier when I got out with my boyfriend?!
First off: IT DOES HAVE A SMELL. I SMELLED LIKE A DAMN TIRE FACTORY WHEN I WORE IT THE FIRST DAY.

This thing works!!! I ordered this and got it on December 7th. Here we are a few months later and I’ve seen a 3” reduction on my waist. I only wear it Monday-Friday for 4-6hrs a day. (You have to season properly) and I’m ready to go down to a smaller size. My belly used to hang and now it doesn’t! My body is holding the hourglass with the trainer off too (you have to maintain or you permanently lose it). This trainer is blessed I have my confidence and shape back so in love, such a good price. Get snatched ladies

I really like this way strainer. It's comfortable and it's easy to use and it does not show through your clothes. After just one day I noticed it was easier to keep my stomach sucked in and I appeared smaller. You should definitely buy this! Just a small warning it is latex so if you're allergic you should not buy but everyone else one of the best waist trainers I've ever had.

I LOVE this waist trainer lmao. I’ve tried a few that are suppose to help that don’t do anything and don’t hide my fat. This absolutely hides my post pregnancy body perfectly and I’m gonna wear it anytime I work out. I read other reviews about people zipping up their skin and yes it absolutely happens very easily lol. I wrap myself in cling wrap first then put on the waist trainer c: I love it so much. I hope it helps me lose weight

Ahhh! I love it so much!! I thought I loved my last one but I was so wrong lol! The material is great, it’s fits me perfect! I like that it is a bit thinner than my last one and I’m hoping as sturdy as the last because this one’s material is so comfy! My hip size is 36 inches I weigh between 145-150.

I got the XS. I am 5'3 and 123 lbs. I retain a lot of my body fat in my arms, belly, and back. When I first received it I was extremely frustrated with trying to get the hooks to latch but then I realized it was probably because I overshot on my size....It was super tight and I had a lot of belly fat. I couldn't even get it zip up on the third and farthest latch so I just left the hooks exposed every time I wore it. I'm on day 5 for my waist trainer schedule going on about 6-7 hours of wear a day, and I must say I am impressed. Today was the day I finally got it to zip up on the second (middle) notch! I've lost water weight (with the help of exercising and eating healthy of course) and have been seeing gradual results and noticeable belly suppression. With a healthy diet and workout regimen I think this product is going to be the most bang for your buck....The compression absolutely reduces your urge to eat in large quantities because of how uncomfortably tight in can get. Material is durable and better than expected and it has maintained its shape despite me having ran in it a few times already. Did not receive the same odor everyone has been talking about. Happy sweating and hope this works for everyone else!
