I love this! I have went thru several different brands and types of waste trainers, this ones by far my favorite and I think it’s because the zipper. I am 5’3 and weigh 150 I am planning for this to help me lose the 15 pounds I want off. It’s very easy to put on and take off & I love how you can’t see it when I wear clothes.

I love this waist trainer it doesn’t slip down, i just had a baby it really holds everything in place! I love it bought a medium and a small love this product and it doesn’t have any nasty wires that poke your ribs

I absolutely love this item. I probably could have gotten a size up (my fault) i got a large, i am 5'2 roughly 180lbs. I wear a size large in shirts, and size 10 in jeans. It is a TIGHT squeeze to get in this thing....like it takes an act of congress to zip it up. Especially with my little chub poking out in between the hooks. But hey, once the bad boy is on, im 3 sizes smaller. Of course my jean size dont change, my butt is never going away. But i have been able to wear more slimming shirts that i felt too insecure in before due to my lov handles and belly pudge. I wear mine to work (8 hours), on my breaks we walk a mile... so i got this to help boost weightloss or atleast help with the belly fat. Its been a week, and i feel like i notice small changes. But ive also changed eating habits and walk more...and drink lots of water. Theres is one downside.....my poor back fat sticks out so much worse at the top on my bra line...and it does make my bra make this weird pointy shape... (probably jusy the bra...not sure) but i usually wear a tank under it to help with the rolls lol. Overall.... im happy.

This is my 3rd purchase of an item with this purpose. I am 5'7 and weigh between 155-165 at any given time. I ordered a large and it seems to fit perfectly. Its tight but its suppose to be. The only negative I can say about it is, as with any slimming undergarment, there is of course going to be a point it ends. There will be a bit of a bulge. It's to be expected. I put on a tighter bra and it seemed to help with the top part. As for the bottom part I'm sure my jeans or whatever I'll wear on the bottom will help. Seems to be well made. Isn't flimsy. Zipper appears to be good also. ☆☆☆☆☆

Does the job sucks you in very well. And not uncomfortable. I’ve had it on for 8 hrs and I’m just now getting annoyed with it on.

I’ve never written a review before but HAD to for this trainer. I was 9 months post partum when I started training and I ordered the medium. These are my results exactly 30 days apart. I didn’t exercise at all aside from the walking I did at work. I wear it for 10 hours a day. The results speak for themselves!

Best waist trainer I’ve ordered ! My waist measurement is 33-34 inches. I ended up purchasing the medium because I personally like the tight fit opposed to a more loose or regular feeling trainer . If you end up buying a smaller size then the recommended, just be patient putting it on .

Can’t wait to start wearing it all day !

I love this waist trainer you can wear it under clothing. The inches are very small so I ordered a 2x and it fits like a large to me. I recommend going 2 sized up unless your waist is already small go up 1 size .. I’ll probably be ordering a smaller one soon.

I absolutely love this trainer. I ordered an XL but ended up buying an XXL (error on my part because I didn’t measure just guessed). But this trainer is so comfy. It doesn’t roll down. It is a little short on the torso but still can cover the bottom of your tummy. I wore my during the work day and at first it was uncomfortable breathing wise but it got comfortable as my body adjusted. I didn’t feel like I was sweating but when I took the trainer off my shirt was soaked which is good. It also helped with my stomach muscles. When I initially took it off my stomach stayed in place, I had to really push my stomach out a little and that’s when I felt the muscles working. I have a some what sore muscle feeling like I just worked out. Overall after a first use I can see the trainer will do exactally as described and help trim down my tummy. Drink plenty of water as your body will be sweating through your stomach.

I'm a size 16 and I purchased a 3x. Its perfect for me, snug fit. It fully covers my torso which has been an issue with other trainers. Im so in love with it I'm getting a spare.

I bought several different waist cinchers. All of them you can see under clothes. This one is definitely the most comfortable and it is undetectable under clothes (well under most clothes). Fit is as expected. Definitely 5 stars!
