I was very worried about sizing and kept going between wanting to buy a medium or large.(I am 5'8 and around 145 pounds)I ended up ordering a medium and yeah it's sort of small but it really does keep you together. I've noticed even after three days of wearing it's getting easier to put on. This is really helping out with my back pains as well so added bonus!

You can wear it under clothes for work, around your house cleaning, or going out at night!

I am super happy with this product! I have been dieting and exercising to try and loose the last of the baby weight and was looking into waist Shapers and trainers to help with the problem areas. Since the main products I was looking at cost so much I did a lot of review checking and found that they were not up to standards. I started looking on Amazon and came across this product and the reviews were very positive and the price point was excellent so I gave them a try. I have been very happy with this product so far.

For the fit I did measure myself and according to the Chart I should have ordered an XL but I ordered a L. I had read that you would need to size down after wearing it consistently for a while. The L has worked well for me and after wearing it for about a week consistently I can tell that it's getting easier to put on. I love wearing it because I feel a lot more confident in my clothing. It is super discreet and you cannot even notice I'm wearing it even with very soft and thin materials.

I did immediately notice a difference in my posture when I put it on for the first time. It has actually helped me stand and sit straighter and regular backaches have started to decrease. I will definitely be keeping this product in mind when/if I am able to size down or whenever I just need a new one. I am totally sold on this product!

Honestly was a little hard to get into but these always are and they’re comfortable and makes a different in inches!!! Love it I love this product will re order soon! I would advise if your plus size girl like me size 28 jeans I wear a 2x always order a size or two bigger just to be safe

I just received this today but I'm already certain I like it! It fits nicely and comfortably. It took awhile to get on and I was pretty sure I wouldn't get it on but I did eventually. Product itself is great quality but I unfortunately learned I am allergic to latex with it. I have an awful rash. If it starts itching, take it off immediately!! I didn’t because I though it was because I just wasn’t used to it... bad mistake.

As a woman that is fimilar with corsets and waist training, I’m so very pleased with this order. I wanted something that I can wear under my clothes for a seamless look. This definitely delivered it. I got the latex one and doesn’t budge. I was worried it was going to roll or shift, but it didnt! It stayed put for the 8 hours while I wore it. My waist is 29 and Im 145lbs 5’2 and I probably should have gotten the medium but after the 15 minutes of trying to get it on I finally got it and it wasn’t constricting at all. Which makes me think that if I got the medium it probably I would have had it on the last or second notch.

I’ve been using this for 4 days.
I had a baby 4.5 months ago and I just wanted something that could help with this little extra skin I have on my stomach. The first 2 days I used it for 2hrs and it was hard. The past 2 have been way easier! I have a 33 inch waist and got a medium and it’s not hard to put on at all. I have no problems breathing or anything. But keep in mind a lot of it is extra skin not fat.
