I am 5'5 , 230 Lbs and I purchased the 3XL which fits absolutely perfectly!!! It covers my entire torso and conceals perfectly with fitted light clothing and darker clothing, but as you can see skin tight light clothes shouldn't be worn with this as the corset becomes visible (two left photos are without corset and two right are with corset. I thought this would be uncomfortable and suffocating but it is so breathable and comfy it's ridiculous!! I wear this everywhere, grocery shopping, library, on long walks, sitting. It compels you to hold your shoulders back when standing/walking and sit up straight when sitting and gives a very unexpected confidence that just does not fade. I feel very perked and snatched, held together and secure. I plan on buying a smaller one within a month or two because my waist is now shrinking due to incorporating this with my diet and exercise.

I love this product. The quality is great and it is firm and keeps everything in place. I am 5 ft 160 lbs and it fits right under my bust all the way to right under my lower belly. I've gone from a 33 inch waist to 31 in just two weeks with this product and just ordered a medium since I am on the last row of hooks now. I will continue to order!

I uploaded a picture of myself so I could show how my weight it distributed. I weight 220lbs and I first got an XXL and it was too small. So I bought an XXXXL and it's perfect! Tight enough to do some work but not too tight I couldn't get it on myself! It is very comfy even to sit down in!

Fits lovely, I love it, and can't beat the price also good quality. Will be ordering a size 2x very soon! Recommended it to some of my friends, I wear it all day and when I'm working out and can already see a difference in my tummy has been less than a week.

I'm so glad that I purchased this waist trainer. It really does work and I'm already on the second hook I purchased a medium and it fit me a little tight at first but now it fits great and I thought I would be a large since I weigh 140 lbs and my height is 5'2 but nope I'm proved myself wrong! Can't wait to get to the last hook and than when it's not fitting anymore, I will be purchasing a small !

I am 5'5 and 145lbs. This fit perfect on the first hook. I got this a month and a half ago I believe, and am already on the last hooks. I will need to buy another one, but this one definitly got me smaller! I look really great with it on AND off after having the progress made. It also helped motivate me to eat a little cleaner and to workout more! I have not exercised with it on however. Super breatheable and comfortable as well!

I received it yesterday and wore it for the majority of the day. It fits well and the material is sturdy. I got an XS and I can put it on the second row so maybe I could've gone smaller (idk). I got it to help with my slouching problem not necessarily to trim my waist down.

I was honestly surprised at how good it felt considering its price. I will update my review after a month or so if anything changes but for now I love it. Buying one for my mom right after this review.

I love this thing! I was nervous that about half the reviews say it fits larger than expected and the other half say it fits a lot smaller than expected. I went with what the size chart suggested and it fits perfectly. It's very good quality as well. I like the added boning because these trainers tend to crease and the added boning helps prevent that. I sleep in mine and it feels very comfortable. I used to wake up in the middle of the night and take my old one off because I couldn't stand to sleep in it. I'd make it thru the night about 50% of the time with my old one. I haven't had that problem with this one so far. Love it!! Great price too and it got to me very quickly.

Im 5'6 weighing 163lbs and I usually wear a medium in shirts so I got the medium size in the 25 steel Boned version. I got this solely for my BELLY because I eat too much junk food and it bloats me.... It fit perfectly and after wearing it once, I can already go down to the second row. In the photo the seller provided, it shows an hourglass shape, but it made me look super boxy so I just wear loose fitting clothes to hide the box look

I love this waist trainer. I was a little torn on whether to get a medium or small. My bust is 35, waist around 23 I believe and hips around 35 as well. Amazon size chart said medium and lover-beauty's said small. I wanted it to be snug but not too tight, so I went with the medium. I can get it all the way down to the smallest settings and it's still comfortable, I could POSSIBLY get into the largest setting of a small but I'm going to stick with the medium for a little bit. I'll have to move to a small sooner than I thought, but this is honestly just to give me shape and flatten my tummy when I wear tight shirts or dresses, not necessarily to waist train because waist training can be very dangerous. Overall I'm VERY pleased with my purchase!

I've seen similar ones at stores for triple or more of the price of this one. The quaility of this is amazing!!!! I was hesitant on the sizes but after reading reviews I decided to go with the xxl. I'm 5'7 224lbs. It fits perfectly. I'm glad I got the xxl instead of The xl.

I ordered a small! I am about 125 lbs to 130 & 5'4. I usually wear a size 3-5 in jeans. I did not measure myself I just guessed off of other reviews. I was going to get a medium but last second I decided small. Thankfully I did because I can fit it on the second row of hooks right away. I bought this mainly for home , I would not see myself wearing this all day under tight shirts , it's too bulky for that. !

GO A SIZE DOWN! The Amazon chart & the chart they provide says that I should be a medium, but I have bought the breathable one and the regular one both in small. They both fit perfectly AND comfortably. I have a 27 inch waist, I'm 5'8, 140 with an athletic build and the small is perfect. I don't have any added fat around my waist, I just have a very large rib cage which makes me naturally wide. A waist trainer isn't suppose to just sit on your body, it's suppose to be a little snug.
