    love it love it love it love it. It was hard to get on but as soon as I got it on it was very comfortable. My husband got a kick out of watching me put it on he was very amused.

    Honestly, the best waist trainer I've ever had. It snatches you and it is also very comfortable! Great quality and thick material! It gives you that hourglass figure and fast shipping! Also please do not depend on your weight to order the correct size!! It's all about your WAIST! I'm 5'2 and 180 pounds and the Large fits great! However I can fit into a medium ( the first row of hooks) because my waist and stomach area isn't big but it is very tight .. The reason why i say don't go off of how much you weigh, is because ppl are portion differently! You can be 5'2 and weigh 170 pounds but your stomach area is bigger than your bottom vs someone who is the same height and weight but they have a smaller waist and stomach area. If you are between sizes, get the bigger size! Waist trainers do not stretch so remember that! Have a blessed day and God bless you all!

    Great quality for the price. I honestly do notice a difference after wearing this waist trainer. I also like wearing it when I'm on my period as it helps with cramps lol! Will definitely purchase a smaller one in the future :)

    Based on previous reviews, ordered the size that is .5 below my current waist, and I can just get it on snugly by myself. Using as shapewear for cosplay, so for that purpose it works wonderfully.

    I love this trainer! My very 1st one after a long time of taking my time to pick one I got the one I wanted. I'm 5'0 and 35 waist I got a large instead of the XL because after reading the reviews and looking at photos I thought the point of the waist trainers is to hug the body tight enough to cover it all! And bam! Took me 3 mins a little bit of struggle to hook it in but it's worth it! I got to hook it on the 1st row, which gives me time to be able to hook it on the 2nd and 3rd and when that happens I'll definitely get the medium, great material! And comfy! Get it get items get it!

    Having never used a waist trainer before, I based my decision of buying this product off of reviews. I wanted a waist trainer to help improve my posture, give back support, and slim my waist. This product has given me all of these things! I have a desk job that causes me to slump over and this product makes it easy for me to sit up straight. It helps me engage my core and also because of the compression I don't feel as hungry as I normally do. I also ride horses and I find that this product helps my riding position as well as reduces back pain. My waist size is about a 26 so I got a size small and I can latch the first hooks which I like because I'll be able to go smaller over time. The quality and material is durable and comfortable. I wasn't paid or asked to write this review, I hope this helps :)

    I absolutely love it!
    I bought this in an attempt to shrink my waistline. However, I was recently diagnosed with a hernia and spondololysis and this has been an absolute life saver! It keeps my hernia tightly in place, helps minimize my back pain, while maintaining great posture.

    It also helps reduce my waistline by at least 1 size-awesome!

    I am about 5'6 and roughly 190 pounds. I ordered the 2XL and it fits great.

    I love this product. I buy them all the time ( well once every 6 months, maybe longer then that) I work in a fast paced pub and I can still move easily in it. I'm a plus size girl 4X and it fits like a glove and holds everything in.

    So I started with the 6XL in November 2016 and now I'm at 4XL it's January 2017. I don't wear it everyday and only wear it for a few hours a day than I take a break on weekends. It has really helped me on my posture and eating habits. I eat less and I use it when I go for walks with hubby. I got a way to go but I am happy with the product. It isn't a quick thing for me since I know sometimes people can injure themselves if not using it correctly. I don't know if I've lost weight but I do know that I've lost inches. Most of my close fit a bit better if not just a tad bit loser. As soon as I'm ready for the 3XL I'm buying it. Hopefully in a couple of months I won't have to use it anymore and just get a softer one to use when exercising.
